As a part of our plan to overhaul our online and app services, we're thrilled to announce Horizon's App has been upgraded!
This follows the Online Banking upgrade which occurred late last year.
Enjoy the lookout for a fresh look, with streamlined navigation, new features and a more user-friendly App.
HORIZON BANK APP
- Quick Balance Check: Check the balance of your fave account quickly and easily
- Savings Goal: Set up a savings goal and track your progress.
- Approve Pending Transactions: Approve pending transactions on accounts which are multiple-to-sign.
- Secure Login Options: Login using biometrics, pattern or PIN.
- Personalisation: Ability to rename and re-order accounts.
- Search: Advanced search capabilities.
Be Prepared.
When you login initially, you may be required to enter your member number (you'll find this on your statement) or user name and your password. If you don't remember these please contact your local branch.
What you’ll need to do.
If your app is set to update automatically, you won’t need to do anything. It is likely to automatically update when the device is connected to wi-fi and plugged into a power source.
Update the APP manually by either:
- Visiting the APP Store / Google Play store and searching for Horizon Bank and select Update;
- While in the APP Store, select their account in the top right hand corner, scroll down to see available APP updates and click update next to the Horizon Bank APP; or
- While in the Google Play Store, select your account in the top right hand corner, select Manage APPS and Device, select Updates Available and click update next to the Horizon Bank APP.
Note: You will be required to select a new PIN/Pattern security code.

The Horizon Bank App helps you stay on top of your finances – anywhere, anytime. Developed for iPhone and Android phones, it has never been easier to check your account balance, make payments or transfer money instantly. Register for Online Banking then download the Horizon Bank app to access your banking on the go. Search for Horizon Bank and look for the H.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you're finding the app is not functioning as it should, simply uninstall and reinstall it.

If you encounter problems accessing the upgraded Online Banking, try the following options:
1. Turn your device off then back on again.
2. Clear browser cache
3. Turn off your popup blocker.
